These are records of studies, questionnaires, and reports produced by the System. The studies are on various aspects of teacher retirement, such as state and local government spending outlays for education. Questionnaires were sent to attain information on the administration of similar systems in other states. They are signed by appropriate officials from other states, and dated. Pre-publication annual reports addressed to the governor are compilations of data pertaining to the activities of the System. They show assets and liabilities, and actuarial valuations.
